WJ-90 is a middle speed paper cup machine which can make paper bowl bottom diameter within 110mm, speed is 80-100pcs/min. For DW-70 and DW-50, normally customer will choose them for making salad bowl. Different bowl size needs to choose different machine. All machines are using hot air heating system which can do high quality bottom sealing even on thick paper. We have different collecting system on bowl machine like normal collecting table and robot arm, no matter which bowl size you have, we can make automatic counting and collecting.
We also can provide automatic packing machine, 4 station or 6 station, which can help you to connect with 4 set bowls machines or 6 sets bowl machines, to achieve a full automatic production line with packing.
