We are factory, not trading company.

our factory location is 7# yongding road, songjiadai industrial park, feiyun town, Ruian city, Zhejiang province. China you can take plane to Wenzhou airport or take train to Ruian train station, we will pick you up accordingly.

we have CE, BV and SGS certification. 

our machine need 25 -30 days in normal, if your order is urgent, we can discuss about that.

Firstly, we have 1 year warranty, we can provide consumable spare parts for free.

Secondly, all machine will be installed and test well in factory,we will test machine for one week,and make sure when you receive machine,can start production at once.

Thirdly, when you receive machine, if machine can not run well, then you can send video and photo to us, we are 24 hours available for you, and will teach you step by step, help you solve problem.

Fourthly, if you like to order engineer for training your workers, we can dispatch the engineer to your factory, but you need to take all the cost to send engineer.

the manual and instruction are English language,if you want use your country language,it  can be customized,and we will send you a operation video,teach you how to change mold and operate machine,

you can make different sizes on one machine,but need to change mold,and we like to suggest you the cup size should same bottom size and same angle, half set mold is much easy to be changed.

the material is PE coated paper,normally customer will  buy the printed  paper cup fan from paper factory, if you need I can introduce you some paper suppliers. Please feel free to contact us!
