Why Toppro can be the final choice -- Long story from Canadian customer

The story was started from the first inquiry in February 2023. At that time, Mr. Barry wanted to buy double-walled paper cup machines.Unfortunately, due to a lack of timely communication, client did not choose our company for his first order. But we didn't give up. We have been actively contacting our customers to update our company information and detailed machine specifications.

Finally, in the second year, things took a turn for the better. Mr. Barry was planning for another new purchase order of paper cup machines. Because the customer was not satisfied with the machine quality and after-sales service of the original supplier, we won another opportunity to become a new supplier. Soon, we received our client's first visiting.

Our customers were very satisfied with our factory, as well as the quality and overall operation of our equipment. However, it was quite rare, and given the changes in international relations and tariff policies, this project of the client still needs further investigation. However, this will not affect our friendship with our client; we still keep the positive communication with each other. And we met again at the Beijing exhibition in 2025. Time will reward those who are diligent. We got the order from Mr. Barry in June 2025 after he back to Canada from Beijing.

We delivered the machine within the timeframe stipulated in the contract. After the customer received the machine, we provided online guidance to help them operate the machine smoothly. Our customers are very satisfied with our machines and services. We are also very pleased to meet our clients and become their partners.
